What are SVS New Volume Lashes?

Exclusive to Nouveau Lashes, SVS – speed, volume and style – is the semi-permanent lash treatment that creates fluffy, impactful, volume lashes for up to 8 weeks. By using our specialist techniques, SVS lashes gives you style and volume in a shorter treatment time.

Your Nouveau Lashes technician will use our multi-length SVS Lash Extensions to create lightweight fans of multiple lashes to apply on to your natural eyelashes. This technique means you can achieve fuller, volume lashes without the strong linear definition of a more classic Russian Volume lash treatment. Taking in to consideration your desired look, your SVS lashes are tailored especially for you, whether you are wanting more natural volume or everyday glamour.

How do SVS New Volume Lash Extensions work?

Instead of using the classic 1-on-1 technique used for Extend lashes, our SVS multi-length lash extensions are used to create ‘fans’ of multiple lashes that are applied on to one of your natural eyelashes, creating layers of volume lash extensions. Our luxury SVS lashes come in varied lengths and curls to achieve your desired look and they’re superfine so they won’t weigh down your natural lashes. Prior to your treatment, you’ll have a consultation with your lash artist to determine what bespoke looks they can create for you and once your treatment begins you can relax whilst they transform your lashes.

Frequently Asked Questions

During your initial consultation, our expertly trained lash artists will examine the condition, length and thickness of your natural lashes and create a bespoke set that puts your lash health first. They’ll also use our weight-for-weight lash guidance and lightweight lash extensions to ensure they don’t weigh down your natural lashes, minimising the risk of damage. That’s why it’s important to go to a certified artist and attend regular maintenance appointments. We also recommend following our aftercare routine to look after your SVS Lash Extensions.

The beauty of SVS lashes is the depth and volume they add to your natural eyelashes, so there’s no need for mascara on top. You can still wear make-up as normal, whether it’s foundation, powder or just a bit of CC cream, but we recommend using oil-free products around the eye area because the oils can break down the bonds in the adhesive, causing the extensions to become loose or fall out. Our oil-free Prebiotic Eye Make-Up Remover Gel is perfect for removing make-up around your lash extensions, as the formula glides over the bond and is also packed with ingredients to promote healthy lashes.

You must not get your SVS lashes wet in the first 24 hours after your treatment and you should avoid saunas or steam rooms until 48 hours after. This is because it can take up to 48 hours for the adhesive to fully set, so water, steam and heat can cause the bond in the adhesive to break down which can cause the extensions to fall out or become lose. After this time period, it’s completely safe to shower, swim and use saunas, just remember to brush your lashes afterwards using a mascara wand.
