The CeraLashTint lash tints have been specifically developed to penetrate deep into the hair shaft to create a long-lasting, intense colour, helping you to create fuller-looking natural lashes. They have a smooth texture which makes them incredibly easy to apply. The Tint Developer 3% is used alongside the CeraLashTints during professional LVL treatments when the tint is not being mixed with the fix, to create beautifully fuller-looking lashes. Containing 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, it has been specifically formulated to activate the colour molecules in our CeraLashTint range when being used as a standalone treatment step.
