Do you have exceptional administration and co-ordination skills and are you able to work under pressure in a busy office environment? Is this you?


Reporting to our Nouveau Lashes Training and Development Manager, the main purpose of this role is to act as the first line support for all day to day Nouveau Lashes training operations in order to maximise profitability, training and service excellence. You will need to operate to the highest standards of service & excellence as the Training Team is often the face of the business, so a professional approach is needed in every customer interaction.



  • Book, schedule and co-ordinate trainers with training dates ensuring that CRM confirmation is sent to them promptly
  • Book, allocate and co-ordinate training venues with a view to ensuring best value and quality for the company liaising with Sales & Service Managers as budgets require
  • Ensure CRM calendar is up to date and relevant personnel have access to it
  • Liaising with Sales and Service Managers in advance on class numbers, cancellations etc
  • Organise any travel and accommodation requirements for trainers for courses in line with expenses policy adopting a cost-effective approach
  • Prepare class materials using checklists to ensure all resources are correct
  • Ensure all courses are ready to run smoothly with the right resources, room layout and course materials prepared
  • Support and implement any amendments to course materials, course confirmation letters, terms and conditions etc.
  • Ensure that all resource stocks are replenished and checked on a regular basis with Warehouse so that stock levels do not run low
  • Ensure that all confirmation letters are emailed to learners in a timely manner and all details are correct
  • Co-ordinate the safe return from Academies of class materials to ensure that any queries are sorted promptly
  • Tag qualified student on CRM and add information to Salon Finder in a prompt manner
  • Ensure that all certificates are sent out within 10 working days of training taking place.
  • Co-ordinate the case studies process by collating information from learners, updating spreadsheets and liaising with trainers to ensure that timescales are not exceeded
  • Handle queries, complaints and deliver on promises within service levels/timescales agreed to a high professional standard
  • Ensure that all data is handled to meet DPA requirements at all times
  • To adhere to our health and safety policy & procedures at all times
  • To ensure safe keeping of any company property or people at all times, respecting our workplace environment
  • To carry out duties under minimal supervision and in line with our policies and procedures as outlined in employee handbook and process journey manuals
  • To ensure that any relevant processes are always documented and up to date



  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administration support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised with sound planning ability
  • Mature, credible and comfortable with change
  • Strong planning, organisation with problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience of CRM, Magento & Microsoft Office packages (Desirable, not essential)
